I’m a guide, not a guru. I blend my background in Public Health, Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and detoxification with a more spacious, regenerative way of supporting well-being — one that honors your nervous system, your natural rhythms, and your deeper truth.

My work today is rooted in helping sensitive, curious, purpose-driven people move from burnout to balance — not through rigid protocols or quick fixes, but through authenticity and a reconnection with self.

I found my way here the long, messy, very human way. I was 15 when I went on my first crash diet — and for almost two decades, I tried everything: the Cabbage Soup Diet, Atkins, Whole30, Low Fat Raw Vegan, Vegan Keto… the list goes on. Each one promised transformation. Each one left me more disconnected.

Eventually, I stopped chasing the next thing — and started listening to myself. That’s when everything changed.

No more counting macros. No more restriction. Just a natural, gentle return to the body. To rhythm. To self-trust.

Food, for me, became something sacred again — not just fuel, but a sensory experience, a way to feel more alive and connected. That same spirit now infuses all of my work — whether I’m supporting someone 1:1, facilitating a workshop, or guiding a team back to clarity and care.
