A steady three-month journey to reset your nervous system, rewire stress patterns, and realign with your deeper truth. Through the four phases of the AIIA Method™, we move from awareness to alignment — uncovering what’s no longer serving and creating space for regenerative energy to flow.
Includes ten 1:1 sessions, optional email support, and personalized practices between sessions.

A spacious six-month journey for those ready to transform from the inside out. We’ll slow down, deepen the integration process, and gently support your evolution over time. Our sessions are conducted through virtual calls (either Google Meet or Zoom), providing the flexibility to connect from the comfort of your own space.

The 1-Month Kickstart is our intensive, where we’ll have one call each week. Whereas, the 3 and 6-month programs are biweekly.
Each program is equipped with tailor-made action steps, meal plans, recipes, grocery guides, habit trackers, and weekly accountability check-ins to keep you motivated and on the right path.
